Fall Concert
ML still has a major emphasis of Fine Arts Education led by Josiah Willitz, our Fine Arts Director.
Over the past few years, we have added a fall music concert to our lineup of events. This year, it will be held on October 19, 2025, at 3:00 pm.
The Concert and Jazz Band, together with the Concert Choir and Festie,s will be performing the fall pieces for the Titan Family.
There is no admission fee, so please plan on attending! If you can’t, check it out on our ML YouTube channel after the concert.
Hall of Fame Induction 2025
This is our 2nd year of inducting new members into the MLHS Hall of Fame.
The 2025 Hall of Fame Class:
(2)Student Athletes: Jake Briney (class of 99); Melissa Hawk (Garland) (class of 93)
(1)Distinguished Service: Elmer Dobberstein (ML’s First Principal)
(1)Distinguished Coach: Robert Gruetzmacher (ML’s first AD and Coach)
A committee of individuals takes nominations and determines these inductees. If you’d like to nominate someone for future consideration, stay tuned for nomination applications and criteria!

Fall Fest at ML
Homecoming Carnival Alumni Fun
This year, the Alumni Association hosted a “Human Slot Machine” at our annual carnival. Thank you to the many alumni who stepped in the help run the game and all of those who stopped by to PLAY! Great ML swag was given away by the Alumni. Look for future events where alumni can come and help! Over $5500 was raised at this event to help provide an ML trainer on-site for our Titan athletes!

College Cale Pauley! – Class of 2008
Congratulations to Cale Pauley for being appointed the new head baseball coach at Lake Michigan College. Cale has coached ML middle school athletes, ML high school athletes, and is now taking his talents to the college level! We look forward to celebrating the success of the program with you!

The Alumni Association has an aggressive plan to positively impact MLHS again during the 2025-2026 school year. Their plans are dependent on others joining in to help carry these events out! See the timeline below. Each of the quarterly meetings will have a Zoom option available.
