Michigan Lutheran High School uses TADS for application, admissions, and enrollment.
Please Note:
- The International Admissions Office will schedule an interview with the student within one week of receiving all application materials.
- Michigan Lutheran High School will deliver an initial decision on acceptance via email within two weeks of receiving all required materials.
Acceptance
- Upon acceptance and prior to I-20 issuance, please submit your $3,000 enrollment fee via wire transfer.
- Once we’ve received confirmation that the enrollment fee has been successfully deposited, the student’s I-20, official copy of acceptance letter. and all supporting enrollment documents will be mailed out via US International Priority Mail.
- Please use the TADS site to upload all required enrollment forms and to complete the enrollment process. Students who fail to complete the enrollment process within 2 weeks of arrival at Michigan Lutheran High School will not be considered enrolled and can be subject to I-20 cancellation.
For help using the TADS site
When applying to Michigan Lutheran High School, please use the TADS site to apply and submit the required information.
Select the yellow “Admissions and Enrollment” tab and create a new account.
- Select “Michigan Lutheran High School (Current Year)” for (Current Year) admissions consideration.
- If no one in your family has ever applied to Michigan Lutheran High School using this website before, select “New Household”. For returning families who want to complete an application for another child, please enter the family name in the search box and select “Continue”.
- Complete all required information for Parent #1 and select “Create Household”.
- Click on the Admissions tab at the top, select “Michigan Lutheran High School (year of Enrollment)”
- On the next screen, select “Start a New Application”
- Complete the required information and hit “submit” – Please verify that you are applying for the correct school year! If your school year is not offered, please contact Heidi Plocher, International Advisor, for directions on how to proceed: hplocher@michiganlutheran.org
- Follow the application directions as they are found on the following page.
- Applications that are missing information or are not accompanied by the Application Fee will be considered “incomplete”. Please be as thorough as possible when submitting information.
- At various points in the application process, you will be asked to review the information you’ve provided. Please make sure that the information you have provided is accurate.
- A personal interview is required. Once you have completed the application process, please send an email to hplocher@michiganlutheran.org to schedule your interview.
Payment
- We accept wire transfers, money orders, or cashier’s check for all fees.
- Specific information for wire transfer details will be provided upon request.
- Full tuition payment is due on or before July 1 of the year of enrollment.

Note: If your computer access is limited and you need to apply using paper and mail, send application, records release form, and copies of all supporting documents to the email or street address below.
